這家公寓式酒店，是需要提升設施的。1.房間雖然寬敞，智能系統是不起作用的。2.室內沒有空調和熱風設備，衹有電熱毯。夜裡下雨，房間非常冷，服務枱安裝了熱風幕？3.熱水器容量很小，75攝氏度開始洗澡，不到十分鐘出水就涼了。4.坐式馬桶沒有。有小型洗衣機，停車場很方便。

衞生，環境還可。但是酒店安全性和酒店服務態度很差。
來昭通旅遊，定了18至20號的房間。19號凌晨4點半出門去大山包遊玩。15點38返回，發現酒店房門大開。。。安全隱患重大。
在我致電前台要求派一位員工到房間來我好檢查是否有東西丟失時，前台服務態度並不好，並要求我去前台（並沒有説去前台做什麼），去到前台後，沒有道歉沒有事情解決方案，態度依然惡劣。旅遊心情瞬間清零。
最終結果：在我的要求下我退了19號晚的房，自己換了酒店。

第一明明訂的是1米8的床，結果安排的是1米5的床。第二與圖片不符合，可以説完全安排的不是一個房間，給我們了一個比訂的房型便宜的房。第三，打電話給前台換房間了被説我們訂成民宿了，我返回訂單看確實是訂的酒店。第四，我們睡晚了起床晚商家敲門叫起床能理解，但是敲門敲得超級大聲而且急促，我心都震了一下，還聽到了刷卡要進來的聲音估計卡沒重刷沒進來成，我就想問問本來是跟男朋友一起住，你闖進來不尷尬嗎
