酒店可能要停業了，到店都找不到人，牆上都標着這拆那改的標記，上樓沒有電梯，行李全靠人工拖上去。聽説昔日曾經輝煌過，地理位置還是不錯的，出門對面就是海濱浴場、大堤、燈塔，觀海看日落很美。

酒店老闆態度太差，網上説豪華存在欺騙，房間衞生很漲，空調漏水，蚊子很多，地上垃圾煙頭不打掃，住着一點不舒服，

酒店位置距離辛莊海濱浴場較近，門口有去往辛莊鎮的公交車。出行如要打車和預訂網約車較難。附近沒有共享單車等交通工具。白天餐飲不便，晚上沙灘有燒烤等。酒店設施老舊，衞生及管理較差。進入酒店需要爬一段長長的樓梯方能到達酒店大堂。入口樓梯和大堂很多蒼蠅，有難聞的動物糞便氣味。辦理入住和退房時，前台經常找不到人。房間裏面老舊，衞生較差，有很多蒼蠅和蚊子，壁紙上布有很多黴斑，電視機無法觀看，衞生間熱水洗浴正常，但是浴室有下水反上來的氣味，換氣無法排出。

這酒店我無語，大早上6點裝修，然後一直吵到10點鐘，還沒有一會，保潔就開始了，打你門，問你要不要換牙刷，我都還沒有起來你問我換不換牙刷，好像有啥大餅。如果可以的話，大家不要住，住了就別想睡好覺，吵到你懷疑人生。

衞生很差，設備陳舊，網上比線下還貴幾十元，不可思議。黨建美蚊子超級多，牆面還有很多死蚊子血，太噁心了

整體來説都很湊合事兒了，定的豪華標準間，結果給了間內部窗户的房間沒辦法通風，打開窗户是酒店承接婚宴的宴會廳，很吵奈何前一晚我們實在是沒睡好，進房間以後就不想折騰了空調對着床直吹也不知道是怎麼考慮的
