A poor choice of hotel - i travel extensively and i rarely give bad reviews, but i have to this time.
Overcrowded, unfriendly to foreigners (open hostility towards me in particular from the front desk girls) and a lot of nighttime noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms on the second night that i believe was deliberate. The maid also declined to clean my room - didnt even take the bin out.
Worst of all though, they refused to help me with getting a taxi to the Xanadu ruins and back!!! This is vital because there are no Didi’s or metered taxis. The hotel would have known this.
The wonderful staff in the Junting hotel a few doors down rescued things and generally helped me with everything during my stay, even though i wasnt staying at their hotel. They even refused any payment for it. I would stay there next time, not here.
I cannot, with any good conscience, recommend this hotel to foreign guests.

前台服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，用品擺放合理，酒店人員服務周到。
早餐也不錯，種類很多，能吃到內蒙古比較特色的美食，下午還有免費下午茶，零食飲料都有。
負責的酒店工作人員也很熱情，缺什麼東西説一聲就送過來了，非常認真負責。

假期出行到藍旗住到遠方酒店，這是一個很不錯的酒店，一進店前台美女熱情服務的接待了我，給我介紹了酒店的基本情況。進入房間，乾淨整潔。用品擺放合理，直台服務員彬彬有禮服務周到，早餐更是豐富，有很多內蒙特色美食。讓人看上去就食慾倍增。
吃早餐時，服務人員詳細介紹了下午茶。本想上午離店，被他們的熱情所打動。又喝了下午茶。沒想到看似中等的酒店入住將給人星級酒店的感覺。下次如有朋友途經藍旗，不要錯過這家酒店。一定不會讓你失望喲。服務人員告訴你。 錯過了日出還有美好的夕陽。錯過了早餐，還有香甜美味的下午茶等着您。
