房間乾淨衞生，設施很新，前台工作人員服務態度好，客房空間挺大的，酒店有機器人和行李自助寄存櫃，入住安心又安全。退房是前台還送了兩瓶温水，很暖心。給酒店點贊。

環境好，看着很乾凈。服務態度好，幫助主動調整了安靜的房間。唯一不足，洗手池太窄，就一窄溜。衞生間整體偏狹小，對塊頭大的不太友好。其他整體滿意，雖然衹住一晚，留下不錯的印象。

總體不錯，房間水池太小太小，洗個手洗個臉完全不方便使用，6樓上樓也不方便。總體好評吧，來鄭州各種奇怪户型的房間太多。
