I have stayed at this Hanting Hotel many times when I came to Zhengzhou on business, but this time I had the worst experience. First of all, I booked a room through an intermediary platform, and also noted the check-in requirements such as "quiet, non-smoking room", but the front desk obviously ignored my request when booking a room, and gave me a room facing the elevator entrance and facing Zhongzhou. The rooms on the avenue are noisy with cars and people, and the sound insulation effect is very poor. Furthermore, the hygienic condition of this stay was also worrying. There were even stains on the quilt, which made people doubt whether it had been cleaned. The smell of disinfectant water did not dissipate in the room, and the accommodation experience was not good. Finally, some facilities in the room have potential safety hazards. The front and rear width of the spliced ​​bed board as shown in the picture is not even. It is easy to knock your legs when sitting on the edge of the bed. I suffered such a loss this time! Be careful! Overall, this is a good hotel, but the conditions of each room are different and different, and the service level also needs to be improved.

The room is not hygienic, there is a layer of dust, and it feels like no one has stayed there for a long time. The most depressing thing is that many of the breakfasts are cold, which is obviously due to poor management.

The online orderer did not issue an invoice and asked to find a platform. If you book a room through different platforms and stay for several days, there will be problems with the billing date.
