"Location: The location is excellent, very close to shopping areas and the Erqi Memorial Tower. Getting around by taxi is super convenient. Service: Perhaps because it was a weekday, the front desk proactively offered us a late check-out, which was very thoughtful. Cleanliness: The hygiene was top-notch. The bathtub and everything else were spotless. It was the first time I felt comfortable enough to take a bath in a hotel. Facilities: The decor, color scheme, and materials all felt very high-end and grand. It gave me a lot of inspiration for my own home renovation. The only minor drawback: For such a new hotel, it's a shame there's no smart toilet."

"The room was spotless, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning night view, perfect for photos. The bathroom was cleverly designed with four separate areas: a washbasin, bathtub, shower, and toilet, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel's decor was very stylish. The fitness center is open 24/7, and the swimming pools, one small and one large, are open until 10 PM. Both pools were a pleasant surprise, with just the right length and depth, and guests can access them for free with their room key! Highly recommend!"

It's just across one traffic light from the East Station West Square exit (though understanding the traffic lights was a bit tricky and felt a little dangerous at night). Since I arrived in the evening, the front desk staff, Bob, quickly checked me in and even offered a complimentary breakfast for my child, which was very much appreciated! The room was spacious, but the soundproofing for the neighboring doors wasn't great."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Zijinshan Park and close to the original Fang Zhongshan Hulatang restaurant. There's a bus stop conveniently located downstairs. The view from the window is expansive, stretching for several kilometers, so you don't need to worry about privacy even without closing the curtains. It offers fantastic value for money. As a pleasant surprise, the front desk lady even gave us two complimentary souvenirs when we checked out!"

"IHG is my top choice for travel. I absolutely loved the room layout (two sinks!). The hotel is connected to a mall, making the location very central. The only drawback was that getting a taxi was a bit difficult due to severe traffic congestion right outside the entrance. The breakfast was the most authentic I've had recently; they even had a 'Hu La Tang' (spicy soup) flavored Eggs Benedict! Plus, the table reservation signs were in the local dialect. During my stay, there was a frightening incident that still makes me shudder when I think about it. Luckily, I was strong enough to handle it at the time, and the hotel manager communicated very well with me afterward. I sincerely hope similar incidents can be avoided in the future 🙏"
