This is the second time I stayed at Crowne Plaza Zhenjiang. I still feel very good. First, I received a warm reception from the front desk manager Tom Liu. Walking distance from railway station and has many restaurants and convenience shops nearby. Staffs were friendly and enjoyed good weekend family trip in Zhenjiang.

The place is not so bad, it’s in a good location close to many good places, but they must really work on improving their hygiene… under the bed was dusty yet the bed in a corner I was suffocating

Great hotel with good amenities. Not far from downtown fun. Breakfast was good & hot. Staff was super helpful friendly & professional. Shower and bathroom had more than enough room (a pet peeve of mine is a tiny bathroom). Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. Great deal for the price

I took my children to Zhenjiang for an outing on the weekend. The hotel is very close to Zhenjiang Station and a taxi costs 10 yuan. There is a popular street next to the hotel, with many snack bars. It is very close to Xijindu Scenic Spot and Zhenjiang Museum. The location is really good. The internal environment of the hotel is very good and quiet. The staff is also very enthusiastic. The housekeeper Chen Chen is very responsible. He will contact in advance to provide some strategies and tips. He will also prepare small surprises for the children when they check in. It was a very good experience and I will choose to stay next time.
