Xijindu Shuxiang Fudi Hotel

I took my parents to Zhenjiang for a weekend trip and stayed at Shuxiang Mansion Hotel. This hotel is located in Xijindu, a historical ancient street in Zhenjiang, and is very close to the famous "Three Mountains" (Jinshan, Jiaoshan, and Beigushan), making it very convenient for travel. The guest rooms of Shuxiang Mansion Hotel are distributed in Bao's Money House and Yuntai Tower built during the Republic of China period. Mr. Sun Yat-sen once stayed and gave a speech here, with a rich historical and cultural heritage. The guest room facilities are high-end and exquisite, with an antique style, which is exactly what my parents want. The four of us lived in the two-bedroom and one-living room on the ground floor of Bao's Money House. There was a patio at the entrance, which was ventilated and easy to light. The layout of the hall is like a study, with all the four treasures of the study. Dad put down his luggage and spread out the paper and wrote quickly. The hotel front desk was very considerate and said that Hanfu could be borrowed for free. Mom was very happy and immediately borrowed a set of Hanfu to take pictures in the elegant environment. The breakfast is a set meal for each person (one bowl of pot-lid noodles + one crab meat steamed bun, one fresh meat steamed bun, one vegetable bun, one marinated egg and braised meat, the noodles and steamed buns are freshly cooked) + semi-self-service, with fruits, salads, bread, coffee, pickles, and millet porridge. The hotel rooms are not only well-equipped, but also warm-hearted, which can be reflected in the details. When guests check in, the service staff will carry their luggage to the room for them, and explain in detail how to use the facilities. The room has already been filled with welcome fruits. In addition, freshly cooked Tremella soup will be delivered in the evening, making people feel at home.

We stayed during holidays, so the rooms were quite tight. We arrived in the morning, and the front desk immediately coordinated a room for us to rest. When we checked in, we were introduced to the history of the hotel and the guide of Zhenjiang attractions, and they also helped us make an appointment for the museum. The service was very meticulous. The hotel has a great view, very quiet, and antique. The toiletries are all from L'Occitane. Because it is an ancient building, the ceiling is very high and very comfortable. The breakfast is very rich and has everything you need. When we checked out, they also gave us Zhenjiang's specialty vinegar. Seeing that we had children, they also prepared cakes, candies, and biscuits for us. The service is really impeccable.

The hotel location of Shuxiang Group is quite interesting, that is, it is located in the Xijindu scenic area and far away from the noisy commercial street, which is quiet in the hustle and bustle. The renovated rooms also have their own characteristics. Living in the hotel and eating and drinking are almost the same as this period of modern history. Moreover, the hotel's hospitality is also very comprehensive. Tickets are given to all the paid attractions in Xijindu. Haha, it feels like being taken care of. You can visit the Zhenjiang Museum opposite.

It is just opposite the Zhenjiang Museum, with an excellent geographical location. It is a stone's throw away from the Xijindu Scenic Area and is very quiet. This hotel is built in an old house. It is a building complex from the Republic of China period. It has a history of more than 100 years. The entire hotel has only more than 20 rooms and is unique. The hotel itself is a very artistic place. I would like to emphasize that the service is very good, and basically it can meet all requests. It is one of the top three hotels in the country in terms of service. Anyway, it is unexpectedly good. The ladies are very gentle. Yeah. Two tickets to the Xijindu paid scenic spots were also given upon check-in. The bathtub is big enough, and those who like to take a bath will feel very comfortable (but the hotel does not have bath salts, which is very incredible). In particular, the breakfast is very delicious. Their breakfast is not the traditional buffet, but a breakfast for one person, with beef pot cover noodles, crystal braised pork, and one basket of steamed buns per person, the kind with crab roe buns, the remaining milk, soy milk, homemade yogurt, and various pickles, etc. You can take them at the buffet counter. Of course, you can add more if you are not full of staple food. There are beautiful Hanfu at the front desk, which can be used for taking photos. It's free and very clean. The hotel parking lot is at the back door of the hotel, very close to the hotel, very quiet and safe, and also free. Overall, it's a good choice to stay in Zhenjiang. (It should be noted that the wooden structure of the old building may make creaking sounds, which is not very friendly to people with shallow sleep and neurasthenia, but I have neurasthenia and feel okay. On the last day, I met a particularly unrefined guest who got up and screamed at 6 o'clock in the morning. He had no manners at all, which was very annoying.)

We stayed at Shuxiang Mansion for a two-day trip to Zhenjiang. The hotel has a superb location. The hotel is within walking distance of Xijindu and Zhenjiang Museum, and is one starting price away from Jinshan and Beigushan attractions. We stayed in the Bao's Money House room, which seemed to have traveled back to the Republic of China. Sun Yat-sen once stayed here. The hotel retains the characteristics of the Republic of China, as well as wood-carved windows and stone-carved floor tiles, which have cultural heritage. Breakfast is a set meal of Zhenjiang pot-covered noodles and soup dumplings, combined with a buffet. The front desk receptionist was very enthusiastic and professional, and patiently introduced the nearby travel guide. When we encountered small problems when parking, they were quickly resolved, which left us with a good impression. I will choose the Shuxiang brand again if I have the opportunity in the future.

The hotel staff was very friendly and took the initiative to contact us before check-in to inform us of the hotel's location. It was already night when we checked in, and the staff came to the door to greet us and sent our luggage to the room. They were very enthusiastic and touching. The room was higher than that of an average hotel. Although the breakfast was simple, it was still comfortable. The entire hotel room was quiet and next to the museum, which was very convenient.
