很多年沒見到這麼差的酒店了。
陪孩子到江蘇大學考試，頁面顯示9—14層，預訂時備註了高樓層，實際安排6樓，問題是3樓在裝修，怎麼休息？前台一再強調是第三方沒有備註。與攜程溝通後算了，周邊沒有合適的酒店。
衞生間水池下有煙屁股，水池下水堵的，空調開了1個多小時房間還是冰的，在室內要穿羽絨服。
早上5點45就聽到過道有餓了麼奔跑送餐的聲音。一樓有送餐機器人，應該是不到6樓。
第二天停車掃碼顯示1天內免費進出，上午也能正常進出，中午退房後，誒～12：02就出不去了，打電話過去説每次出門都要單獨掃碼，如果是真，那櫃枱停車碼上面不需要備註嗎？前台不提醒嗎？如果是假，那就是我前一天投訴了，惡意針對。因為溝通時前台在跟我掰扯，就聽到邊上小姑涼説給她開給她開。
感謝客房部師傅送了2床被子，感謝工程部大晚上過來維修空調和下水。

本來是想到玩了一天晚上要趕高鐵，就暫時找了個臨時的休息，房去了之後一切都很好，酒店是新開的，然後房間也開好了，但是在休息到7:00的時候，服務員過來敲門説我退房了，但是我並沒有退房，然後服務員説問前台，以及後面我跟前台反映這件事情，前台完全一點反應都沒有，那就是説是服務員可以在客户沒有退房的時候隨意進入打擾，或者是在搞錯之後都沒有任何錶示的嗎？起碼也該説一聲是搞錯了，或者是為什麼吧，我都跟她在門口再三確認了好幾次。今天的一切都很好，除了當中這個小插曲讓人感覺不是太舒服，搞錯了可以説一聲，再三確認的話，我當時要求她立馬聯繫前台，她就直接走開了。
