酒店地點在解放路上，步行到大西路200多米，離蘇寧廣場、大市口菜市場都很近，交通挺方便，去三山一渡，酒店不遠處就是公交站，去北固山景區步行十幾分鍾，酒店設施齊全，衞生整潔，沒想到18年裝修，維護的還挺好，房間面積夠大，行李都不用放在地上，取放物品方便。服務員熱情周到，早餐品種豐富，餐廳阿姨現煮麪條和餛飩，都很好吃。保潔員很勤快也很禮貌，給人的感覺就是熱情友好，積極主動。很值得推薦的酒店。

酒店前台客服特別熱情和氣，彬彬有禮，雨天主動
拿傘和塑料袋給我們用，還提供了去景點的交通圖讓我們有種賓至如歸的感覺，這是我到過服務最好的一家酒店，下次來鎮江還會入住這裏。地理位置好市中心，門口有個公交車站去哪都方便。房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全完好，早餐品種多樣，味道不錯餐廳阿姨人也很好，現煮麪條和餛飩都很好吃。保潔員也很禮貌，服務周到，總之這家酒店的員工給我們的感覺是訓練有素、服務到位、專業素質高，在這裏入住體驗感很好，非常滿意，強力推薦！

地理位置好，靠近蘇寧，周邊吃喝玩都很便利。因為連住還送了伴手禮，很貼心。雖然是老店但是各設備也還可以，不會過於陳舊。隔音也好，睡的好可以。房間稍小，國慶假期溢價也能接受，整體來説性價比可以，下次來玩還願意住

比較遲到了酒店，免費帶我們升級了最後一間大床房，前台人員態度有些不夠耐心，問一些問題就比較大聲，房間有煙味，不過也帶我們換了間乾淨的房間，還可以哈！

酒店位置很好，出門就是公交站，去三山一渡都很方便。估計是個老酒店了，房間比較緊湊，裝修顯陳舊，好在比較衞生，特別是提供一次性馬桶墊圈，很贊。

服務人員非常熱情，送了孩子飲料和水果，退房時還給我們拿了水路上喝。房間的床比較大，比較舒服，但是窗户等於沒有，有點悶，不太舒服，衞生間小了點，整體設施還是可以的，孩子寫作業有頂燈，我化粧有拉伸的鏡子，挺好的
