This is the second time I stayed at Crowne Plaza Zhenjiang. I still feel very good. First, I received a warm reception from the front desk manager Tom Liu. When he heard that we wanted a non-smoking room, he immediately upgraded us to a non-smoking floor. The room was clean and hygienic without any odor, which made our family very happy. The front desk manager was warm and cheerful. It turned out that he was a fellow employee and he even gave us breakfast! Entering the room, the large glass windows and spacious house design make it bright and comfortable! The following items are even better than four stars, tea and coffee! The tea bag is not powdered tea leaves but a combination of whole tea leaves and osmanthus, and the coffee is hanging ear coffee. The taste is great and worth repurchasing on Taobao. Walking distance from railway station and has many restaurants and convenience shops nearby. Staffs were friendly and enjoyed good weekend family trip in Zhenjiang.

Good service and good location. Clean room . AC is not too good in bedroom . Paper cups. It’s good for short stay . They need to clarify check in and check out times because app details are different to what staff say.

Great hotel with good amenities. Not far from downtown fun. Breakfast was good & hot. Staff was super helpful friendly & professional. It was originally called Yanzhizhou. I fell down in the misty rain in the south of the Yangtze River as soon as I went there. The room was very clean and the front desk was very nice. Enthusiastic, give us good reviews, and actively introduce the scenic spots on the island to us. If you can see it, please add chicken drumsticks to the front desk.
