This is the second time I stayed at Crowne Plaza Zhenjiang. I still feel very good. First, I received a warm reception from the front desk manager Tom Liu. The front desk manager was warm and cheerful. It turned out that he was a fellow employee and he even gave us breakfast! The tea bag is not powdered tea leaves but a combination of whole tea leaves and osmanthus, and the coffee is hanging ear coffee. The taste is great and worth repurchasing on Taobao. Walking distance from railway station and has many restaurants and convenience shops nearby. Staffs were friendly and enjoyed good weekend family trip in Zhenjiang.

The place is not so bad, it’s in a good location close to many good places, but they must really work on improving their hygiene… under the bed was dusty yet the bed in a corner I was suffocating

Great hotel with good amenities. Not far from downtown fun. Breakfast was good & hot. Staff was super helpful friendly & professional. Shower and bathroom had more than enough room (a pet peeve of mine is a tiny bathroom). Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. Great deal for the price

This hotel adds fun to the trip to Zhenjiang. The hotel itself is quite quiet. It is a few hundred meters away from Xijindu, but it is very close to Gyeonggi-ro. We used the tour tickets given by the hotel to visit two small attractions, which were pretty good. The girl at the front desk gave us souvenirs when we checked out. However, since it is a garden-style hotel, it does not support deliverymen to enter, and there are no robots to deliver food. People who like to order takeout can only go to the door of the building to pick it up. It would be great if this could be improved.

After we checked in, we went out to eat and returned to the room. We found that the room was ready with fruits, yogurt, and heated Tremella soup. This is the standard service of the hotel, but I didn’t expect that there would be new details this time. The room attendant would be very considerate to disassemble the slippers and put them at the head of the bed, and put the anti-slip mat in the bathroom! And by the way, the Mingting Restaurant and Bar on the first floor is really great, the dishes taste very good, and the price is very affordable. I stayed twice, and I went to the Mingting Restaurant and Bar to order dishes every time! ! It is really worth learning from all hotels, very good!
