We chose a family suite, which can accommodate 4 people and has two bathrooms. The twin room cannot have a shower. There is also a large terrace where you can drink tea and watch the scenery. The hotel's Baiwei Garden is also good. We didn't check in until 8 o'clock in the evening. The restaurant ended ordering at 8 o'clock. A young man at the front desk specially took us to the restaurant to settle down. Thank you very much. Crispy eggplant and stir-fried yellow beef comforted us who were hungry after a long day of running around.

Absolutely amazing. I’ve spent most of my adult life traveling the world. Staying at all types of hotels. Mostly 5 star international hotels as I aged. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The staff and service are amazing. The VIP driver (didn’t get his name) amazing. Food recommendations amazing. Free laundry service. You guessed it, amazing. The rooms cleanliness and the hotels aethstetics well above par. Located walking distance to the waterfalls entrance, it is conveniently located. Not to mention a music and fountain light show across the street in the park with a beautiful view every night was an unexpected delight. So glad we found this gem. I usually don’t write reviews but this is well deserved and definitely is a 5 star stay!

A hotel worth recommending. It is off-season now, so the rooms are not as crowded as in summer. After arriving at the hotel, Winnie, the front desk staff, helped upgrade the room and arranged a room with a view. She also sent seasonal fruits. The room has a large balcony and a bathtub for bathing. From the balcony, you can see their infinity pool and outdoor lawn with a wide view and good scenery. They also have a cute pet park where many small animals are raised. Guests can watch them for free. Another thing is that the breakfast is good, with rich varieties and good taste. There happened to be many foreign tour groups coming these days, so it was quite lively. If you want to travel to Huangguoshu, you can choose New Century Grand Hotel! We delayed check-out after leaving the scenic spot. Winnie was very considerate and warm-hearted. Let us take a rest first and take it slowly!

The breakfast was rich and we ate a lot. The hotel was quiet and nice. The service was good. It was close to the scenic area. We went to Huangguoshu Waterfall at night and drove directly to the entrance of the scenic area. If we went during the day, it seemed that the car could not drive to the scenic area. The car could be parked at the hotel. There was a shuttle bus next to the hotel to the scenic area, which was quite convenient.

i went to this hotel with high expectations as it is a four stars hotel. I am foreigner coming with my parents. the most positive is the staff was really nice with us. but I can feel the hotel is a bit old, the mattresses were too hard, and I have been woke up the morning at 7.30 am by out noise. you still need to pay entrance park ticket and the ticket office is far from the hotel. if you want to see the waterfall at night you still need to purchase one more ticket. I feel it’s so wrong…so the hotel is inside the park but don’t that much advantages. 我带着很高的期望来到了这家酒店，因为它是一家四星级酒店。我是外国人，和父母一起来的。最积极的是工作人员对我们真的很好。但我感觉酒店有点旧了，床垫太硬了，早上7.30我就被噪音吵醒了。您仍然需要支付公园门票，而且售票处离酒店很远。如果想晚上看瀑布还需要再买一张票。我觉得这是非常错误的......所以酒店在公园内，但没有那么多优势。

The hotel is about 700 meters away from the ticket center. It’s a quick walk. We also provide pick-up and drop-off service within Huangguoshu area. We called the hotel and they picked us up right away after we came out of Huangguoshu Waterfall. The day before yesterday, the beautiful service lady was very nice and recommended to us the order in which to visit the three attractions. We set out early in the morning and visited all three attractions before one o'clock in the morning to avoid peak hours. The experience is very strong. The room also has a good view. The bed is spacious for four people. Recommended.
