入住時前台就在玩手機，服務差，愛答不理，攜程下單，入住辦理時沒有説收取按金，三次下樓拿行李，拿外賣也沒有説要交按金的事情，半夜兩點半跑來敲門説要收取按金，******，還理直氣壯的説住酒店就該交按金，我入住時你不收，下來幾次也不收，手機玩完了，想起來了，半夜來説收按金，不知道這樣的酒店服務人員是怎麼做的崗前培訓。完全沒服務質量，一個停車場，就在酒店後面一個空地上面黑黢黢的，沒路燈，路面坑坑窪窪的。房間昏暗陳舊，始終有一股發黴發臭的味道，既然做服務行業，麻煩把上崗人員好好培訓一下。很不愉快的體驗。

房間陰暗異味很大，床品也有很大味，空調不給開，洗澡水簡直不能太小，這是住過最差的酒店了。

不是一般的差，不值這個價！設施太陳舊，房間燈相當暗不説有的還是壞的，洗澡噴頭往外呲水，不能用。睡覺時候床頭處太臭了，用了半瓶花露水還是臭的無法睡覺。唯一感到舒服點的是晚上送了點茶包和點心。
