衞生狀況真的有點糟糕哇！首先，房間浴巾上有一根長頭髮。其次，我晚上回房間發現洗漱台放了一個煙盒，但是我不抽煙，也沒有攜帶煙盒，嚇我一跳，以為陌生人進我房間了。後來酒店説是保潔阿姨放那裡的，她從櫃子底下掃出來以為是我的。這也説明煙盒不知道是前面哪一天的客人留下的，前面竟然都沒打掃到。希望酒店能提升下衞生條件

整體設施設備還行，但是隔音不好，凌晨12點半-2點期間，樓下週邊店鋪噪音巨大，外放音樂歌曲，嚴重影響睡眠，無法入睡，和前台反映後，無耳塞提供，細節和產品準備不足，讓人失望，此外酒店安保人員反饋噪音來源於樓下燒烤烤魚店，該情況應該是經常出現，但是酒店無法直接解決。建議酒店準備好耳塞等相關輔助降噪產品，或者為客人優先安排更安靜方位的房間，並且和店鋪積極溝通，多措並舉，解決問題，提高入住體驗！

早餐種類豐富，豌雜小麪很有重慶特色，房間很大，衞生做的挺乾淨，晚上休息也很安靜，酒店非常棒，房間很不錯，乾淨整潔，裝修風格挺温馨，有家的感覺。前台服務也非常貼心，主動詢問是否有車輛需要停車票，方便我們出行。

這次入住維也納酒店，體驗超棒！前台服務熱情周到，工作人員笑容可掬，辦理入住和退房都高效快捷，讓人感覺十分舒心。客房衞生更是一流，一進房間就給人一種乾淨整潔的感覺，床品潔白無瑕，沒有一絲污漬。房間各個角落都被打掃得一塵不染，連窗户都明亮得能照出人影。酒店的設施衞生也維護得很好，衞生間乾淨清爽，沒有異味，各種洗浴用品擺放整齊。如此高品質的服務和衞生狀況，讓我這次的住宿之旅十分愉快，以後有機會還會再來！

經常出門選擇入住維也納國際酒店，這家也是一如既往的好評！前台小姚服務熱情，辦理入住效率超高，讓人一來就有好心情。設施方面：健身房器材很新。 房間方面： 大床房非常寬敞，尤其是兩米大床，睡得很舒服。細節也很到位，比如智能馬桶、迷你吧免費都深得我心。 五星好評！
