這家民宿真是比預期好太多，房東給升級了上下兩個空調的房間，不用擔心複式上邊熱的沒辦法住人情況啦！房東小姐姐也很温柔，跟大家的好評説的一樣。服務態度超級好！

老闆發的位置很準確，樓下很好停車，還熱心給我們發附近充電樁的位置。離方特很近，去衹有河南電影小鎮玩也是十幾分鍾，對了房間很大，住着乾淨寬敞，很舒服。

朋友來住過特地推薦方特玩的話選禧初家民宿，這次我們來房東還給升級了三匹大空調得房間，房間大但是很涼快，衞生她家算絕對可以啦，真是如房東説的地漏都沒頭髮！房東人也很好，有問必答，總之二百多的價格性價比很高啊！
