The hotel is relatively close to the new Zhongshan Pier, but the area nearby is mainly land, and some roads are blocked. Taxis cannot pick up or drop off at the door of the hotel. Xiao Chen at the front desk had a friendly smile and upgraded us to a high-floor room. The view outside the window was very good. We returned to the hotel in the evening and asked for some edible ice, but the customer service later replied that they couldn't provide it because the restaurant was closed. But Xiao Wu, the female housekeeper at night, still ran up and down to the restaurant for us to get ice cubes for us. We were very touched by her attentive service. Thank you again Xiao Wu. We would also like to thank the robot for delivering food to our room. We are overall satisfied with the hotel's service.
