櫃檯服務員態度良好，友善，房間空間足夠，而房內設施不足，未有提供燙衫板及熨斗，最可惜是房內清潔欠佳，包括梳化，坐椅，廚櫃，衛生間，坐厠，水龍頭，花灑等等，所有物件表面都鋪滿灰塵，水垢漬，廚櫃面板污漬等，總括入住經歷令人失望！
期望公寓管理人員能夠增加檢查房間的清潔，改善房間衛生，否則相信很難令客人再次入住。

預訂的房價比前台還要貴，前台服務冰冷，房間情況比較差，廁所水垢明顯，毛巾老舊，床墊太硬，牆壁多處油漆破損及佈滿鞋印，正對着睡床上的天花板更 有兩團衞生紙粘附，感覺噁心及不安。
明白以上很多問題並非來自於酒店，但酒店不去處理絕對是失責，價格雖然便宜，但很難再次光臨。
