價格在國慶期間不便宜也不算特別貴，來之前對這裏期望很高，結果温泉區環境很一般，設施都比較老舊，掛毛巾的架子都感覺要散架了，人流量不是很大，但池水上還漂浮着葉子，池水裡還有白色點點不明物體，感覺不是很乾凈。
入住後中午第一頓是在賓館內的中餐廳吃的，大廳裏很熱鬧，烤乳鴿吃起來有股腥味不推薦，鹵水拼盤口味過鹹，紙巾8塊一盒，最後買單要加收15%服務費，想開張發票回答説沒有。
房間在5號樓，距離温泉區遠一點，可以望山，也可避開不了眼前的斷壁殘垣。

好久沒試過這麼不愉快的住店體驗了，説説避雷原因以及避雷提示
1，原價定的園景房變拆遷景房
在🐬原價定的中心園園景房，拿到房陽台景觀如圖，不敢晾衣服不敢陽台門，怕塵埃以及蚊子，酒店衹解釋在裝修，如有噪音我們提供耳塞[石化R][石化R]這種房型，要麼酒店就不要安排客户入住，要麼預訂頁面單列情況打折出售，大家都是原價定的，倒黴你分到這棟就自己憋着？
避雷指南：訂房備註：不要5號樓不要5號樓不要5號樓
2，吃飯非常不滿意
晚餐打算在店內餐廳解決，7點走到中餐廳，門口服務員衹説：我們這邊沒位子了（門口看到好幾桌空位），你到西餐廳問問，到了西餐廳，門口服務員説：我們這裏衹有自助餐，你去大堂吧問問……到了大堂吧説這裏提供簡餐，好吧7點半了叫外賣也晚了將就一下吧，40～50一個意粉外加15%服務費[笑哭R]被當皮球踢之後再當下水魚，但凡中餐廳提一句：我們這邊要提前預約的，現在呢西餐廳有自助餐，大堂吧有簡餐，體驗不至於這麼憋屈

雖然知道2個女生不代表全部，但2個前台已經足以影響整個酒店形象

設施：撿漏，酒店沒有專屬停車場，導致車停的到處都是。
衞生：房間比較新，但是打掃衞生垃圾不丟
環境：温泉區很小，池子也不太多
服務：入住期間中餐和西餐都被婚禮預訂，連一台多餘的桌子也沒有給到住店客吃飯，早餐亂哄哄，而且沒啥東西吃，整個酒店應該是沒有能力承接國慶期間的客流的，建議要嘛不要收這麼高的價格，要收了這個價格還是要質價相符。

房間一般吧，也就一個賓館|估計是以前領導用的療養休息，畢竟1300價格一個晚上。
可能衹是局部翻新而已，攜程或者賓館訊息有誤導嫌疑。國慶2號堵了三個多小時過去，晚上開車出去吃飯門口就堵了15分鐘，中山吃了兩頓正餐，都很一般，所以本來想換個酒店多住一天的計劃取消，11點午飯不吃就回深圳。
估計以後衹能商務出差才來。
最坑的居然是酒店的所謂早餐自助餐，真是吃到了人生第一次這麼難吃、人多、環境差又沒有服務的，砸招牌。粵B朋友慎入

第一次來住中山温泉賓館，位置稍微偏了一點，整個園區造景一流，空氣也好，很安靜。這次還體驗了網球場，非常舒適，有空調。
提些小建議：
1.早餐餐食對比同類型或價位的酒店來説，其實是稍微遜色的，餐食個人感覺不太新鮮，味道也欠缺，希望能有改進。
2.客房的飲用水是有償提供的，超過兩瓶就要收費，這個是讓客人非常不舒服，住過這麼多酒店或者温泉酒店，飲用水本身就是贈飲，何況酒店本身的瓶子自己也寫着贈飲，在酒店泡温泉做運動都是需要大量喝水，不明白管理者設定這個規則用意何在，導致客户非常的不舒服。
3.客房的衞生存在欠缺，水杯還有藍色污漬，毛巾也有藍色的絮狀物在上面。
以上就是個人對酒店的感覺，也希望酒店能夠不斷改進優化，畢竟難得有這麼好的環境和硬件設施。

酒店挺安靜的，衞生乾淨，做了全面消殺蚊子，環境優雅，住的2號樓，下樓對面就是温泉區，憑房卡雙人無限次温泉免費，很方便，裏面有泳池，有温泉，早餐相對比較豐富，裏面的中餐廳晚餐和喝早茶也很好吃。

酒店環境優雅，房間挺大的且新，前台和禮賓服務都不錯。訂的是不含早，所以第二天早上8點準時到中餐廳飲早茶，出品不錯，人氣也旺。温泉♨️感覺池子不多，但游泳池夠大，但也有點懷疑温泉池水是否每天更換和認真清洗池子，因為第二天早上9點半去泡的時候發現池子裏的水不夠乾淨，有些漂浮物有個池子還有一層油漬，希望酒店能在温泉池清潔和保障温泉水乾淨方面重下力度提升。
