- New and modern décor
- Good and powerful AC, and nice amenities
- Got washing machine in every room
- Nice staff canteen on 2nd floor, and a tuck shop on 4th floor in the reception area

在民眾這個比亞迪廠辦了一點業務，在網上搜了一下，這家店子新開業的，主要他這邊有地下停車場，太陽大的時候開車出去不會那麼熱，也是免費的，這點很好，房間也很大，電動窗簾，然後沒事看投影追劇，中央空調也涼快，比家裡還舒服。值得推薦給大家！

入住體驗必須好好説道説道：
首先，噪音問題嚴重影響休息。我住5樓，正下方4樓是麻將房，半夜挪椅子、聲音時不時來一下，根本沒法睡，凌晨三四點還被吵，完全沒考慮住宿客人的感受。
凌晨3點多想洗澡，熱水衹有温水，一點都不爽，廁所裏的紙巾也早早用完，體驗感極差。
更離譜的是房間與宣傳嚴重不符。我明明訂的是“全視野房”，結果分到的房間衹有一個小落地窗，而且這個房間竟然沒有能打開通風的窗户！全程悶在屋裡，加上酒店剛裝修完很新，一進門就是刺鼻的甲醛味，薰得頭暈，衹能開着門留逢通風睡，房間是挺大的，其他方面就不推薦了，太新了
