Generally clean and quiet place. Free DIY laundry services but hope that dryers can be of commercial grade for faster drying. No frills, same experience of every Vienna hotel

I stayed in this hotel when I was visiting friends. I felt very good. The waiters were very patient and careful. Everything I needed was delivered to the room quickly. It was very reliable. The room is very clean, there are no dead spots, and the windows are bright and clean. I will choose this hotel again next time I come.
