Not recommended to stay, not satisfied. First: The front desk service is not good and not enthusiastic enough. There is no entrance to prevent queue jumping at the front desk. Second: The deluxe double bed room booked on Ctrip was not luxurious. We were given only two choices, either staying in a room at the entrance to the elevator. It would be very noisy when people come and go. Or stay in a room at the end of the corridor near the road, where cars are coming and going, which is also very noisy. All in all, it's a bad room for you, so I won't give it a good review. Third: There should be central air conditioning in the room, and the cooling effect is very average. An hour after entering the room, the indoor temperature was still 28 degrees, which was extremely hot. In short, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in among all Vienna hotels. The service is average, the room location is average, and the room space is the smallest. I will not consider staying there again!
