Facilities: old exhaust fan with loud noise

I came here just to run a marathon. The soundproofing of the room was very poor. It can be said that there was no soundproofing at all. The square dancing and the traffic on the roadside were super noisy when I slept at night. It was very, very bad and completely affected my rest.

I paid it the first time, but then I remembered that I had pre-authorized it. This time it happened again. I asked me to pay the deposit, and I was speechless... The air conditioner probably took a long time to cool down because the house was so big.
