Not recommended at all. Major hygiene, housekeeping and maintenance issues.
Some rooms have a squatting pan vs pedestal toilet. The smell from the sewer system permeated throughout our room.
Bathroom walls, mirror and bedroom were filthy with dust and dirt stains. We suffered many mosquito bites in the room. The bedroom chair had a broken arm rest.
Used towels from the guest rooms were collected in a heap; and left for at least 3 days in an open courtyard; perhaps awaiting collection for washing.

A clean place, a good location. The bosses are old people, noisy during evening hours, they need some time to confirm your booking, they can be better at this and faster. Mosquitos are seriously a problem as there is not a window net. I stayed there in January and mosquito really disturbed my dreams.
