我們姐妹四人從深圳來中山遊玩 到達後發現和酒店名稱都對不上 一進房間有股ktv的味道 （廁所門背後還掛着沒收拾乾淨的浴帽，本來覺得商家態度還行就沒想提的）裏面有額外收費的一次性浴巾和刮鬍刀 但我和弟弟妹妹們自帶了浴巾用不上（我弟未成年）入住交100元按金 退房後微信跟我們説 我們用了刮鬍刀 直接扣了15元 我們根本用不上這東西都沒看到過 電話裏溝通完才把錢退還 而且語氣還好像是我們佔便宜了 真無語 拉黑

舊，殘，破爛。牆面破損沒有補修，所以房間有異味。電視只有網絡電視，沒有普通電視台可看。樓梯有灰塵及毛髮。

房間挺不錯的，有洗衣機和洗衣液，還有小陽台可以晾衣服，有廚房可以稍微做飯，床挺大的，不錯哦，小區後面就有個小飲食店，品種不多，要多點選擇要走兩個紅綠燈路口才能到小吃街

公寓式房間， 空間很大，進入屋苑範圍需拍卡， 保安度高。房間衞生打掃一般可改善， 水盤及廚櫃檯較多污漬。
wifi最初不能使用，職員亦很快速處理。
公寓附近有商場超市，鄰近中醫院交通亦很方便。
