Great location, close to shopping mall with loads of restaurant options. Complimentary car park for hotel guests. Spacious room, clean and comfy. Friendly staff, speedy and efficient check in and out process. Highly recommended.

Overall the room condition is good. But there was a smoke smell in a non-smoking room. And the room is a bit dark.

Back at this hotel however the woman receptionist is SO SO SO RUDE, has no patients, bad manners, she nearly tore my passport as she couldn't get it to scan on her computer, left a big crease on my photo page, this is an official document...
She called up our room to apologize but she lacks manners and seems can't work under pressure. Sort out your reception staff, if too busy employ more people on front of counter and awaiting 45 minutes to check in is not acceptable plus expecting a 5 star review, are you crazy?????
However apart from the check in issue due to an angry Receptionist whom should be representing the company and first impressions always count the hotel is lovely, I would come back again but not to see the angry receptionist, left a sour mark in my mouth

Atour @V-Park is a great hotel 🏨 for our short trip to Zhongshan during the 2024 ***** New Year. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. The room is very spacious and nicely decorated and designed. Our little ones think that the bed 🛏️ is comfortable (we have two rooms for two nights.) The congee and snacks for guests between 21:30 and 23:00 are a very nice touch - a cherry 🍒 on the ice cream 🍨. Keep up the good work and we’ll look forward to our next trip with Atour 🏨.
