公寓的位置很好，就在河邊，窗外的風景，雖然是城景，但是對面的樓宇隔了一條河，風景是很開揚的。 房間的衞生做的特別好，閣樓放了大床，感覺有點擠，不過還是可以的。 房東特別好，用微信聯繫，用密碼就可以開門，非常方便。

先說酒店的優點：價格合理，地點對自駕人仕來說是方便的，有停車場，附近有超市，但食店沒有太多。隔音好，服務員工態度好，但也有部分缺點，設施比較陳舊和沒有維修 沖涼設備一般，水龍頭不太給力

她他會的位置特別好，清溪路中，石岐河邊，住的家庭房，前台安排的房子位置好，除夕夜裡，外面不遠處煙花🎆不停燃放，坐在客廳沙發看的清清楚楚的，很贊同。房子也乾淨。

先説好的部分，房間户型複式，樓下很方便什麼餐飲超市都有，陽台很大，不過會有野貓跑進來，晚上就有一衹野貓跑進來在床邊撒了尿😂。吐槽的是洗手間太小了，乾濕不分離，而且房價一天更改好多遍，每賣一間就抬價，給人一種不太正規的感覺

有前台服務，缺少了什麼很快就送到。離興中廣場步行街有點遠 ，步行約30分鐘。樓上的房間和廁所。分開有點遠，而且中間經過的樓梯又下又上的不好走。晚上去廁所要很小心。清潔衞生都很到位, 沒有異味.
