環境地理位置優越，距離景點非常的近。房間寬敞明亮，衞生條件良好，老闆為人熱情大方，民宿配套農家餐廳。

性價比比較高，所以選擇的入住。是農村的大院子裏面建設的平房做的民宿，能體驗鄉村田園生活，距離莫愁村東南入口特別近，距離明顯陵也非常近，酒店硬件設施和服務還有提高的空間，但是性價比比較高，好評了

優點，離莫愁村東南門真的超級近。可能是來的這天下雨，又趕上晚上，淡季工作日，就幾乎看不到人。心裏有點兒忐忑。但老闆人很好，哈哈哈哈，他説法治社會了你別怕，都是***。還給我安排了大一點的房間。民宿都是平房，院子裏可以停車。房間基本設施都有了，洗澡水很沖，也很熱。讓我很意外的是，床單被罩枕套沒有任何異味，床墊超級舒服，我睡到了10點才醒，好開心。老闆還提供了wifi，還幫我拿了蚊香。如果結伴出行還可以打麻將。謝謝老闆，相遇就是緣分。

總體來説還是可以的。
環境挺好，價格合理的農家小院，服務基本可以。
有兩點，我認為還可以改進：
第一，入住當天發現衞生間燈壞了，反饋後回覆我第二天中午換。第二天一大早就來敲門量尺寸買燈，結果到了晚上因為電工忙沒換，還準備讓我再將就，感受很不好。最後因為我説如果不換就少收房費才給換了。對於應該處理的問題反應不夠主動積極。
第二，沒有毛巾，建議以後可以有，不然人家洗澡用啥。
希望老闆生意興隆，服務越來越好！生意越來越好，財源滾滾！

作為普通民俗來説，該民俗還是不錯的，可停車、住宿及餐飲。重要的是離莫愁村和顯陵都非常近，步行即可。雖然硬件設施及環境一般，但老闆及員工的服務都很好，熱情待客，有問必答。
