入住酒店最無語的就是有需求打電話時，發現在電話沒有錢無法通話，問酒店怎麼回事前台説不知道，這種商家酒店一輩子也不會再去住，無語至極……

第一次到周口出差，因為之前出門都是住維也納，這次看到這一家維也納開業時間不長，所以果斷選擇。入住後沒有失望。第一要誇誇人家的服務，不管是門口的保安還是辦入住的服務員，各個熱情洋溢，我去的比較早，我定的那個房型衹剩電梯旁的了其他還沒打掃出來，我不太想住，服務員沒有猶豫直接給我免費升級了，房間裏有一輛動感單車，第一次住這種房間，沒事騎騎單車不出房間就能活動一下感覺還是不錯的。去洗衣服沒想到洗衣房裡就有健身房，可以我這次是一個人出差，有機會和同事一起來一定要玩把桌球。酒店不管是衞生還是服務都很不錯，下次來出差還會選擇

從開封維也納入住滿意，沿途到周口選了這家才開的，服務失望至極，入住時已經晚上快十點旅途勞累，帶長者和孩子給了電梯口兩間房，協商能不能調一間安靜一些的房間，台前盡然説全部排好房間這種一點都不專業的話，我説就算排好了房間我們先來入住難道還必須接受電梯房，這時候前台又説人家雖然沒到都選好了房間，我拿出攜程讓她演示怎麼選房間前台又支支吾吾，經常旅遊這一次真的遇到這樣的服務，前台自己偷懶就各種忽悠，這還是維也納國際酒店，那麼不專業的前台可想而知其他服務，然後告知我訂的房間沒有早餐，一看攜程和小程序他家盡然都不包含早餐，我都懷疑是不是住了一家假的維也納，馬桶還是老式的，房間還是地毯的一股黴味，而且離市區好遠，非常後悔訂了這家，為數不多的評價，唯一一次差評

這次的酒店入住體驗太棒了，必須給個好評！
停車位非常方便，酒店門口停車場很寬敞。還有三個慢充充電樁，開電車的友友們也不用為充電發愁。
早餐的種類也很豐富，煎 炒 炸 蒸煮 涼調樣樣俱全。 新鮮出爐的包子散發著誘人香氣，熱菜區有經典的炒菜、煎蛋等，每一樣火候都恰到好處！前台人員有禮貌很熱情，説話輕聲細語，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，值得推薦哦

不愧是維也納國際酒店，這次入住周口萬國車世界店完全被早餐圈粉了！尤其是那一口羊肉包子，簡直讓我震撼到忍不住專門寫好評——麪皮用的是原麥麪，嚼勁十足麥香濃郁，肉餡更是現場手工打製，新鮮羊肉剁餡，汁多肉嫩毫無羶味，一口下去滿滿的誠意！
能感受到酒店對早餐的用心不止於包子，整體品種豐富且品質在線，但現做羊肉包子的匠心實在難得，讓人彷彿不是在住酒店，而是在一家地道的美食館子享受清晨～

前台小姐姐服務很好。維也納一如既往的品質，自駕非常方便，有專屬的地下停車場，居然三部電梯均可以直通，1米5寬的雙床還是不多見的，整體挺好。
