其他都可以，但是早餐是真的坑啊，39一位，就是簡單的粥和饅頭，連個西點和帶餡的主食都沒有！自助早餐啊！你怎麼敢這麼收費啊！找早餐的服務員要一個杯子，甩着一張***問我要杯子幹嘛？那不是有碗嗎？咋滴？我要個杯子犯法了？

非常差勁的酒店，服務態度極差，買了一個標間兩個早餐，前台就是死活不給兩張早餐票，好商好量給前台説我付了兩份早餐的錢就應該給我兩張早餐票，結果前台一臉傲慢 答非所問 故意抵賴不給！
打電話給攜程讓協調 結果前台值班的經理還是一臉蠻橫拒不承認自己服務態度惡劣 這家酒店這是太差勁了 全周口找不到第二家！真心不推薦住周口的朋友來這家酒店！太坑人了！尤其是前台值班那個男的經理一副傲慢的樣子！毫無服務態度！不培訓就能上崗嗎？差評！
再看看衞生吧 床鋪潮濕皺巴巴的 地毯臟兮兮血漬好惡心 ！衞生特別骯臟

每次回來都來這裏住，酒店地理位置還是很不錯的，離市中心廣場很近。基礎設施很完善，熱水特別快，空調也很給力。入住體驗不錯，房間樓層高噪音很小。前台有個戴眼鏡的小姐姐服務態度很好，總體評價還是很滿意的。
