The room was clean and tidy. It should be a new hotel, so it was very comfortable to stay. Especially the bed in the room was very soft, but not too soft. It was very comfortable to sleep at night. In addition, we were a family of four and it was not crowded for two people to sleep in one bed. We lived on the 20th floor with a good view and could see Putuo Mountain directly. The breakfast was rich in variety, especially the seafood rice noodles, which added fried fish, shrimp and clams, and tasted delicious. The service of the hotel was also very good, very polite and enthusiastic. I had to ask Ms. Chen and Ms. Zhu at the front desk for free room upgrades for us, and also gave children's slippers and toiletries. Because the hotel is in a central location, it is very convenient to go to shopping malls and eat next to it, such as Shanshan Outlets, Starbucks, and original Zhoushan dishes. It was a really good stay. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Putuo Mountain. The main reason is that the room rate is super cheap and the cost performance is super high.

It was my first time to travel to Zhoushan, and I chose a big brand hotel. After checking in, I felt that the hotel was small in size, different from other Shangri-La hotels, and the room decoration was simple, but I personally felt very comfortable and not depressed. I spent 3 nights in Sheraton Zhoushan Hotel. Service is really good, staff is polite and competent (English speak as well). Restaurant is really good, for breakfast and for dinner as well (buffet style with fresh fish). BUT I gave 1 Star to facilities since I choose this hotel for the beautiful (on picture from the website) outdoor pool, but with my big surprise, it was not available, just few cm of water and the bottom of the pool was slimy..... Staff said that since last year pool is not available and used just for small child with inflatables. Towel service also not available. I really think that this detail should be remarked in the website otherwise people can be misled (like me)

A great hotel with beautiful surroundings, clean and spacious rooms, and professional and patient service. I would like to especially praise the front desk staff, Xiao Wang, who is warm and thoughtful, and tries to help arrange special requests. I stayed in a sea view room on the 14th floor. As soon as I came in, I saw a beautiful sea view. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows allowed the sun to shine in well, so there was no moisture in the room. The quilt was fluffy and dry. The bathroom was also spacious, with complete supplies and good sound insulation. I basically couldn't hear the sound of the guests around me, and I slept more peacefully at night. Breakfast is on the 19th floor. You can enjoy the scenery while eating breakfast. The dishes are quite rich and I am very satisfied with the food. Downstairs is the commercial area, which is convenient for eating and walking. It is relatively close to drive to Donghe Seafood Market or Zhujiajian Wugongzhi Wharf, and you can also ride a bicycle to travel around the island. Overall, it is a very good hotel. I will stay there again if I have the chance!

The Manla Sea view villa owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The husband came to the bus station to pick us and our luggage upon arrival. As I was travelling with my 2 young children, this was very convenient for us. The villa location was perfect for us. It’s a short walk away from countless seafood restaurant and small supermarkets for our daily needs. It’s also very close to Nansha beach and the tourist centre area which had NAT services. We spent some time at Dongsha beach which was a short and cheap taxi ride away and also next to the Westin hotel where my boys enjoyed the buffet. You can even walk there as it’s not very far away. Meals at the villa were sufficient and tasty. The breakfast is Chinese style and plentiful. It’s a good way to begin the day as we explored the area. The wife was very helpful, kind and generous to us frequently giving us food like bread, cakes, yoghurt, etc. We were also given some fresh grapes in our room every day.

Before the mask period, I stayed at Xiangsheng in the off-season before the Spring Festival for nearly ten consecutive years. I was very satisfied. It was the first choice hotel for Putuo to worship Buddha. After a 5-year interval, I stayed again and felt uncomfortable. The environment has not changed, the convenience of being able to walk to the ropeway has not changed, and the shuttle bus and scenic spot ride service have not changed, but the living experience and comfort are not quite right. All the facilities are not only old, but also mottled and even dirty in many places. There is also a wonder. The room only provides two bottles of free farmer's mineral water. If you want to increase it, each bottle is 5 yuan. If there is no large-scale facility reinstallation and concept upgrade, I will not stay again in the future. One thing worth praising is that after checking out, I deposited my luggage at the concierge, traveled lightly, and finally went directly to the pier to inform the hotel to bring the luggage over by shuttle bus, which was very convenient.
