Rezen Hotel

This is a very serious negative review! The hotel environment is really bad, even a little disgusting, and extremely dirty. I seriously doubt that the previous person didn't clean it carefully after checking in. There are stains on the wall from toothpaste sprayed from mouthwash. The bathroom was wet when I checked in. The water, shampoo and shower gel are all opened, and the paper towel bags are all opened. There are heavy traces of use by the previous customer! There are also black marks on the sheets. I don't know if they are blood stains. They are really dirty! I became allergic after staying for one night. If you want to come to this store, please stay and cherish it⋯ Also, the hotel room card will run out of power at 12 noon on time, and you have to go downstairs to swipe the card again (I checked out at 2 p.m. on Ctrip redemption), and the hotel staff will not communicate with each other every time. What time is the check-out time for each guest room? I obviously checked out at 2pm, but at 11:30 the hotel staff told me to check out on time. It really broke my heart.

I have been coming to Putuo Mountain to worship Guanyin for seven years. I have stayed in different places during these seven years. However, the hotel I chose this time is the one I feel most comfortable. The conditions may not be as good as those in big hotels, but for me it is not enough. It's very good to compare with others. Oh, I forgot to mention that I drove here by myself. I will stay here next time.

房間乾淨。服務很好。離碼頭很近。很不錯。

衞生：非常一般，不算乾淨 設施：衞生間超級小，馬桶就在衞生間門口，真的是頭一次見這樣的酒店，30塊錢一晚的酒店都不至於是這個環境

這個價格總體是不錯的，靠近碼頭，第二天可即使很早的客輪也能趕得上。免費停車，吃飯附近也有小店跟大餐，也有一家早餐店

整體感覺還不錯，性價比相對較高！酒店門前車位較少，去晚了就沒有車位停車了。這點確實不算方便！
