莊河天玉商務酒店是一家完全值得5星級品質的酒店。雖然裝修佈置有些顯得舊式，其實內裏品質是極好的，細節也異常用心。酒店的地毯很厚實，保持得也很乾凈。房間不僅寬敞層高也高，居住起來很舒適。選用的洗浴用品品質都很好，還有潤膚乳、馬桶圈套、擦手巾等等。我晚上睡得很舒服，還專門把他們床墊的牌子翻出來看了一下，是慕思的，被子也是羽絨被。簡直不敢相信在旅遊高峯期100多元的價格能住到這麼高級的賓館。希望這樣的賓館生意越來越紅火。因為他們真的在用心地做服務。

這家酒店的服務態度真的非常好，從一進門就感受到了温馨的氛圍。房間的裝修風格簡約大方，設施齊全，讓人感到非常舒適。床上用品的質量也很好，讓我一覺到天亮。地理位置也很方便，離景點和商業區都很近。總的來説，這次在這家酒店的住宿體驗非常棒。

洗護用品用完了需要額外收費，在訂房之前並沒有説明，而且強制跟消費者要好評才贈送，造成的體驗很不好，連最起碼的牙刷都沒有，希望各位消費者看到此評價不要過來預訂，完全跟宣傳不符，欺騙消費者，不會再來了……

大床很舒服，枕頭很舒服，服務超級棒，早點很一般，周圍很多飯店，不建議吃這的早餐，我們八點去吃，全都是涼的，説麪點師傅不在吃麪條沒法做 衹有粥。

前台給升級了行政親子房，服務很好，很熱情，下午出去遊玩回酒店有點晚，保安給安排的停車位很貼心，房間很大設備也挺新，美中不足的是收費的茶葉不應該和免費的咖啡和水放一起，雖然有價格牌不過一般誰也不會特別留意，而且這茶葉價格感覺有些貴
