初めての地域でした。このホテルは洗濯機がないため注意が必要です。ただ洗濯サービスはあります。少し歩くと飲食店が沢山あります。日本語が話せるスタッフがいて驚きました。ホテル内静かでゆっくり休めました。エントランスにはホテルの名前にもなっているラベンダーの油絵がありました。

酒店環境整潔，服務周到，讓人無比舒心！套房挺適合帶小朋友居住的，一樓餐廳有很多書可以看，孩子早上吃飯沒事可以翻翻書看。早餐挺豐盛屬於中西結合，晚上出門吃飯也方便附近步行50米就有超市。我覺得樓下可以訂包房家庭聚會真的很方便，性價比挺高的，廚師手藝也很好，總體來説酒店不錯。

房間大小我就不評價了，畢竟我沒花貴的價錢，但是必須要説一下服務真的很一般，因為我們是一家三口，入住時候跟前台説了需要多一副牙具，前台説他那沒有讓客房給我送去，一直等到退房也沒送來，空調聲音大得比排風還大，通過溝通客房送來了耳塞，被褥潮濕，我定房間時候看評論都説早餐好吃，但是找了攜程，**，途牛訂房軟件發現沒有含早餐的客房類型，問前台知道衹有通過酒店自己平台定才有早餐，挺不合理

房間桌上頂燈壞了，客房服務來確認完説不能換房，已經動了房內的東西了，不然要交打掃費。難道進房間要先檢查設施完善才能住房嗎？
但是前台小姐姐服務和開票態度很好，服務很好，好評。

在天津出差就住過麗楓，記住了她的簡潔而個性化。這次出遊就訂了向陽路的店。果然一如既往。房間大，而且有意做了個半隔斷，巧妙地分成卧客，但又不妨礙各自的面積。很好。乾淨自不必説，一切酒店用具齊備。熱水一開即有。在攜程訂比會員好像優惠一些。酒店以薰衣草為主題，牆面都是薰衣草的圖畫，很舒服。還會選擇麗楓。
