進酒店完全沒有人搭理 還是我們先説的有預訂 辦入住的時候也是坐着辦 辦完入住也沒介紹酒店設施完全靠自己找 進了房間被套上都是筆油 床單上還有油漬 下去跟前台説前台説那不是油是銹了 然後還翻白眼非常不耐煩 後來換了一個房間進去覺得還行後來晚上一掀開被子床單上也是油漬 而且只有一瓶超級小的護髮素和洗髮水根本不夠用 地理位置和價位都很親民 至於服務一言難盡 今年出去住過這麼多次酒店 第一次寫差評 莊河這個城市還是非常不錯的 前台不培訓就上崗連公安系統都不會入 像欠她們前一樣 嚕嚕個臉 我是旅遊的不是來還債的 服務真的有待提高 根本就沒有服務！！！！！

酒店前台服務熱情周到 提出的問題都給我解決 房間採光不錯 離高鐵站很近 交通這塊挺方便的 停車免費 早餐也不錯 整體給我的感覺還是比較好的

一樓大堂特別高，氣派。因為我睡覺輕，前台服務的很專業安排的靠近小區的房間，睡得很舒服，還加了乳膠枕，隔音特別好。洗澡淋浴頭出水量特別大，比一般的洗浴中心洗的都舒服，馬桶還是智能的，全屋都是智能客控。早餐很豐盛尤其是玉米特別甜。下次還會選擇他家入住。

1.先説重點，床品根本沒有清洗更換，不僅有頭髮，污漬，而且還有跳蚤，蟎蟲！！！無法容忍！！！一夜基本沒睡!!!!
2.服務態度非常差勁，根本談不上專業。
3.酒店衞生條件一點也不好，劣質香氛，讓人很不舒服。
4.隔音太差了，被蟎蟲跳蚤騷擾的時候，清晰德聽到旁邊房間的呼嚕聲。
5.經常出差，住過的酒店不計其數，這是我給出的第一個差評。
