Hotels with Breakfast in Zhuhai

I had a comfy experience with the concierge service! They provided helpful information, and I especially appreciated the warm welcome from Bella at the reception. It was also a big relief that they could speak Cantonese! My room was cozy, and I had some of the best sleep there. Plus, the location is fantastic if you are planning to head to Macau the next day! Unfortunately, it rained during my stay, so I missed the chance to go swimming. I hope I get to try out their swimming pool next time!

Location was good. Nearest hotel to gongbei port after clearing customs and above the underground mall. Xiaomin (receptionist) was very sweet. She arranged for a room on a high floor for us. In addition, it was such a nice gesture to decorate the room so nicely as a birthday surprise! Thank you v much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We truly appreciated the hotel arranging a cake for me and providing a playground pass for my child. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of food options. The service was professional, thanks to the check-in staff and the concierge. The hotel is quite new, and it was convenient to have the mall on the hotel's second floor. The rooms were clean, tidy, and quiet. Jisoo at the children's playground was exceptionally polite and patient.

lighting in the carpark is not enough or under lighting. traffic sign on the ground at the ground floor level near the entrance to the carpark has faded away leading vehicles driving the wrong way. gym too small. male restroom in the gym not attended up to a five star hotel standard. there is only one towel bowl and with no toilet paper. the swimming pool is closed.

Fantastic experience all around. Stayed in the hotel room and also in the camping caravan. Both the adults and kids loved the experience. One or two small minor inconveniences but can't the overall service more than made up for it. Maybe a bit difficult for English speakers but can't fault them - we chose to go to China and to this particular hotel, so it's only fair we made the effort to learn a bit of Chinese!

The location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around. But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it. The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting! We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was. We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER. No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either) This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

Location is extremely convenient for travelling within Zhuhai, nearby Macau and Hong Kong. Gongbei port is just 10 minutes walk. A shopping mall is directly under this hotel. Hotel front desk and concierge are helpful. Conceirge even showed me the short cut leading to the Gongbei port. A lot of local guests within this hotel. Quite a few restaurants in this hotel. I tried their hotpot restaurant, beef was fresh, food was tasty and service staff was very attentive. There are plenty of eating places around as well. Facility is old surrounded by very old buildings and streets. Easy to get taxi to move around to places of interests e.g. 日月贝，圆明新园，板樟山 etc. Small swimming pool and gym. Not crowded at all. Water supply from the room was not so good and inconsistent temperature. Thus a little troublesome when showering. I find the most uncomfortable part was the bed. I think the mattress was not in good condition. It was noisy whenever I sat or turned and changed my laying down position. I did not sleep well. Feedback to hotel front desk when I checked out. Hope they address the problem avoid impacting the next guest(s).

This is a wonderful trip. 3 days 2 nights unlimited access of theme park. Include - buffet dinner . Chimelong is the best theme park in the world . Hope I can see chimelong theme park built all over the world.

This hotel is just amazing with service, atmosphere, gym and swimming pool, all outstanding. Next to a mall is just speechless, can eat all you want from morning to night. Would definitely come again. My family especially my kids love it.

Suitable for all ages such as parent-child, family, business, etc. Parent-child fun is more recommended. Non-winter is the next non-winter. The items are more abundant. Water amusement park, flamingo zoo, parent-child reading are all suitable for children. There are also commuter buses to the Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park, which is also very convenient.
