因為要到澳門拜山就順道到珠海住一晚走走食食，一家四口兩個兒子都十五十七歲，找了很久找到這間有兩房一廳三床房間，房間價錢合理，房內很大很清潔，投影電視亦很簡單易用，住其間都看了3部電影了，房間很舒服，兒子都不很起床，都不想離開，位置很方便，樓下就是商場很多食肆選擇，價錢又便宜，下次再來都一定會選擇這間，五星好連，讚

因上一手住宿太沒有公德心,把房間整到滿地垃圾,而且把房間整到非常十分臭,真得十分無品,眼見阿姨也清潔到滿頭大汗,真的十分辛苦！
負責人也很好,也上來住宿望一望,整體也很好,附近也十分方便

第一次入住這種比較特別間格的兩層複式公寓，2房2廳1主廁1客廁+屋門前簡約空間。樓宇正正在華發商都近A區Watsons旁邊門走出商場右轉，今次是入住19樓，房間清潔乾淨，床舖也很舒服，間格很特別，足夠我們5個大人入住，入門口左邊是洗手間，右邊是廚房，直望是客廳及飯廳，其餘兩間房間和可沖涼的洗手間都在上層。窗外景觀闊落開陽，望到對面的北山大院，唯獨是傢俬和廚房用具比較舊一點，其它都很好。
住這裡主要是近北山大院及旁邊的南屏舊區，而且去這兩區分別都有地下通道橫過馬路，步行幾分鐘就到，十分方便，而且這裡打車容易。👍

清潔度勉強合格，一進去洗手就發現去水位堵了，幸好負責人快速解決了問題。
最嚇人是有個沒洗的鍋放在灶上。雖然不打算煮食，但讓人感覺不佳。

衞生整潔細緻，各種設施佈置精美，環境超級温馨舒適，樓下就是商圈，周邊交通出行方便，房東人好，居住很開心，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦，服務熱情效率高，基本有求必應。

住了九個晚上，樓下就是華髮商都，吃飯什麼都很方便，房子乾淨整潔，每天阿姨都會打掃，廚房用品齊全可以自己做飯，停車方便，收費也合理，房東會提前發入住指引，值得推薦！

入住體驗很不好，房東極其不尊重入住私隱。多次在未告知我的情況下自行開鎖進入户陽台處理各種雜事（比如搬走櫃子、置換洗衣機等），我晾曬的衣服都被蹭臟了不得不重新洗。
還有一次在我不知情的情況下，直接安排人拿鑰匙開鎖進到房間裏拆掉原本功能良好的吊頂燈並重新安裝另外一台，原因是她樓下房子多出一枱燈，我表達投訴後房東説太忙忘了告訴我。這種體驗糟糕至極！
房子的優點是位置方便，缺點就是衞生清理的不行，入住時洗手枱也是臟的，我自己重新清理了一遍。

帶朋友到珠海玩3天，找到了這間民宿。地點就在華髮商都樓上，方便易找。下樓就是購物中心，吃喝玩樂，應有盡有。行人通道過對面便是北山大園，另一個必到打卡點。民宿床品很乾淨舒適，樓下一廁及樓上一衞浴剛好4人使用，熱水及水壓也足夠。提供的一次性用品很好。唯一是廚房清浩可以做得更好，反正我們不煮食也沒碰了。離幹時落下了一條頸鍊，麻煩了房東寄回。感謝你。推薦到珠海遊玩的朋友。
