It seemed that we had been deceived. I asked the front desk and I booked a high-end room. The big bed is the one in the photo in Picture 2, but I was given an ordinary big bed. The space in Picture 1 can be compared (really pitiful). I ordered a room with more than 30 square meters and was given a room with 20 square meters. Then I called the front desk to change it. , they said there were no rooms and they were all booked, so I went down to look for them in person. They said they could cancel if they were not satisfied. It’s the Spring Festival, and you have such an attitude with me, young and old? Then a little brother with a very good personality took me to see a few rooms. I said that since they couldn’t give me the room type, I would refund the price difference, which was several hundred yuan. The little brother expressed his understanding and said that he also I can't make the decision, so I need to tell the company, but there is no follow-up. He didn’t withdraw from me either. But it turns out that a lot of their rooms are empty, but they didn’t give me the room type I ordered. To be honest, it’s a bummer and I’m very dissatisfied. But considering the Spring Festival, I’m traveling with my children and I’m also New Year’s Eve, so I don’t want to I let my family immerse themselves in unhappy things, so I swallowed the matter in my stomach, but I still want to remind my friends to make sure to check it carefully when booking a room. This is my first time staying at the hotel. The location is very good. Tangjiawan Station is within one kilometer, which is convenient for travel. The facilities are very new and complete. There are robots that deliver food. There are also Xiaodu smart home devices in the guest rooms, which are easy to use. It's hygienic and clean, the air in the room is fresh, and the cleaning is timely. The front desk service is also very attentive and the lady is very enthusiastic. I will come back next time!
