Also during my visit, the staff allowed a mother to bring a 5-6 year old boy together into the female guest shower area and into the bubble pool, which made me very uneasy and left immediately. In addition, abuse of fees and duplicate charging of my own bath vouchers and overnight fees. Before checking into the hotel room, I have stated to the staff that I have purchased a hotel room for 1 night on Traveling Online (the package includes a bath ticket for 2 adults, and overnight is waived). I made a temporary decision on day 2 to purchase a hotel room for another day. 酒店、按摩房的環境是不錯的，而且設施看得出都保養得比較好和較新。我們是凌晨12點入住的，早在兩週前就訂好，但從前台的表現中看出，酒店方完全遺漏了我們這個訂單，所以前台看上去比較驚慌和緊張，不淡定的表現，讓身為客人的我們也感到不安。在我們訂了酒店的前提下，酒店員工還是在問我們收取過夜費，在我們多次提到我們有訂房後，酒店員工才沒有再問（酒店方是否存在不合理消費的操作？）。雖然最後事情解決了，但是體驗感已經變差。在進入到沐浴區，因為沒有把儲物櫃關上，被員工數落了一頓，我來享受服務的，就算我沒有關上，我認為員工都可以幫客人關上，或者態度好一點去提醒客人，我都會接受，但是員工態度惡劣，加上前台的問題，已經令我感到非常不滿。另一位同伴也說出沐浴區衛生欠佳，在洗澡的地方居然有固體排泄物，雖然是公共空間，但是這個問題也很嚴重了吧？
