The next morning I went to the front desk to continue my complaint. An older foreman said that 19 degrees was quite warm and no heating was needed. What kind of attitude was that? I asked her how many months had your children been kept in a place where the room temperature was 19 degrees? Sleeping? The hotel is an apartment-style hotel with a kitchen, but there is no kitchen utensils. There is a sign in the room saying that if you need kitchen utensils, please contact the front desk. After contacting you, you can only provide one pot and no plates or bowls. It is recommended that you go to the supermarket to buy disposable ones; When booking, it was said that the room is equipped with a washing machine, but in fact, you have to go to the public laundry room on B1 downstairs. It is neither convenient nor hygienic to wash children's clothes; it said that breakfast was provided, but it was actually a voucher for McDonald's on the first floor; There is a standard refrigerator, but most rooms only have small refrigerators without a freezer and can only be used for refrigeration. There are all kinds of things, but they are not what you thought when you made the reservation. It feels like eating flies. I have complained to the Zhuhai Culture and Tourism Bureau about this hotel. I don’t know how this standard got such a high score on Ctrip.
