I have been staying here for 12 days and today I discovered cockroaches in my room. I discovered it when I was going to the toilet, and I didn't dare to move. They said they had just carried out disinfection yesterday so we saw cockroaches. Then I would like to ask what happened before you carried out disinfection? Are all the dark corners in my room filled with cockroaches? Is disinfection an excuse? Isn’t disinfection what you, Atour, should do? How come I didn't see any cockroaches when I stayed in other Atour hotels, but yours has cockroaches, and they're still alive and crawling around🤮🤮🤮

阿朵集團其下的新酒店，質素有保障，缺點是停車場爆滿需要停在對面，但酒店員工跟停車場員工沒有溝通到，導致取車時被刁難了。
