The attitude of the front desk clerk is OK. The room was in good condition, but the equipment was in dilapidated condition (the bedside was broken, the basin was rusty, and there was water leaking from the bottom of the bathtub), and there were many stains on the walls and bathroom. The room was clean and tidy, and there was no other smell. Summary: Rooms should be renovated as soon as possible.

There is no heating, the central air conditioning is disabled, and the air conditioning panel in the room does not respond when pressed. It was cold and I just wanted to warm myself up in the bathtub, but there wasn’t even a plug in the bathtub. I didn’t find out about this situation for 10 minutes after I entered the room, so I told the front desk that I wanted to refund or not. I said this and that, but ended up changing to another room. There was a stopper in the bathtub, and the water temperature was not hot at all. It was cold even to take a shower, let alone take a bath. If you can't even guarantee basic hot water, what kind of hotel is this? The experience is really bad and I won’t give you a refund. These are all real experiences, so everyone should avoid pitfalls.

安排的房間進去之後打不開空調，問了一下告訴我全酒店都沒有空調，第二天退房的時候問了前台員工，又告訴我整個酒店都有空調，衹是沒有開啟空調閘，衹要通知前台開就好了，一個晚上熱的睡不好。

房間很差，很破，不值286，可能國慶吧！廁所的門都關不過來，洗澡的花灑上面長了很水銹！
