I arrived at 9:00 pm and asked the front desk lady where to park. The lady just said "I don't know, let's ask the boss". I asked for the boss's phone number and she said I could park. I asked if there was a time limit for temporary parking on the road and she said she didn't know. It was quite speechless. 2. I took the room card to the room, but the card couldn't be opened. I went back to the front desk to deal with it. It still didn't work when I came back. I went to the front desk again to deal with it. I was already very tired at night, and I had to go back and forth. In the end, another aunt helped me open the door. 3. The hot water in the room was not hot enough, and the lights were not bright enough. 4. The next day, the room card didn't work again, and I went back and forth several times. 5. I stayed for 2 nights, and they didn't clean up my room or take out the trash on the second day. When I asked, they said I didn't ask. If you stay for two days, isn't it a hotel service to clean up the room on the second day? ! Guests still need to make requests. In summary, I won't come again. Those who like to give high scores can do whatever they want.

The hygiene is average and the facilities are not good. Please Ctrip should do a good job of reviewing the cooperation units to avoid affecting the company's brand!!!
