第一次住凱悦系酒店，我印象中應該也算是五星級，但是設施，服務等感覺沒有達到五星標準
服務：入住的時候接待的工作人員感覺太不專業，不熱情不説，基本的酒店介紹完全沒有，訂的房間含早餐，沒有介紹早餐在什麼地方享用，行政酒廊也沒有告知什麼樓層，完全靠自己解鎖？
設施：設施比較的老舊，訂之前看了2019年開業，但是設施真的很老比較殘
環境：周圍環境待開發中，沒啥好玩的，標榜是親子酒店，但是樂園收費不説，還非常小，沒啥好玩，裏面不夠明亮，感覺暗暗的
團的3晚的券，還有兩晚都想轉出去了

因為全運會網球比賽場館離得比較近，帶着孩子去觀賽，定了奶龍房間，9歲孩子挺喜歡的，前台check in的Niya也服務周到（跟進房間進度、照看孩子、借用充電插頭），下午因房間稍晚才能入住，孩子託管在4樓的行政酒廊，那裡的服務員也能幫我把孩子和行李送到房間，讓我能安心看球賽。

這個酒店真的要好好評價一下，真的超級滿意。
決定來到珠海的那一刻，就一直猶豫選擇哪家酒店，最後選擇了橫琴凱悦，真是沒有讓我和孩子失望。
亮點總結一二，為朋友們做參考。
【1】酒店非常大，環境非常好，沒有看到衞生方面不足的情況，房間打掃及時，酒店外圍收拾衞生及時，所以酒店內外整體都很乾凈。
【2】 服務：從酒店門口、到大堂、到寄存行李、到電梯間，都會有服務人員給予指引和解答問題。
【3】用餐、購物、玩耍為一體的酒店。餐廳有中餐廳西餐廳，在市集吃的是經理親自挖的冰淇淋，小美女preeki挺熱情的，服務都挺好，小朋友抓捕器。

酒店幫忙升級了帶浴缸的房間，總體感覺滿意，酒店管家服務很體貼細心，酒店配套設施也不錯，室內恆温泳池條件不錯，酒店頂樓的特調很OK，美中不足的事酒店自助早餐沒有想象中的好。

房間整齊乾淨，寬闊，馬桶和浴室是分開獨立房間的，各用各的特別方便，互不幹擾。水壓衞浴設備都合理配置得很好，略有不足的是電吹風太過老舊了，對於有室內外泳池來説的五星級酒店，這個吹風機直接將好感拉低了，希望管理層看到後可以考慮換一批合適的強力新款電吹風，花小錢帶來大體驗，別讓客人入住體驗感有瑕疵。
員工方面特別值得讚賞，無論客房前台還是餐飲經理員工都笑臉相迎，有問必答，樂意解決客人的問題，很有親和力，是星級酒店該有的那種待客之道，為員工培訓下了苦工的管理層點贊！餐飲部的早茶品種多樣，味道相宜，價格合理，入住值得體驗一番。
