在桂山島這裏過年期間算很便宜的了，看到老闆説主打乾淨，來了過後確實桌面床鋪都很乾凈，設施肯定一般，但我選的就是便宜的，不挑剔

衞生：很乾凈，老闆真的很用心打掃，乾乾淨淨的，一點異味都沒有。
環境：地理位置很好，就在碼頭附近，出行很便利。
服務：非常好，老闆真的很熱情，人特別好，安全感滿滿，非常靠譜！

房間在3樓，住起來很舒服，老闆服務態度很熱情，介紹很詳細，還幫我們拿行李，像到朋友家一樣的感覺，下次必會光顧的，也會推薦朋友來住的

通常訂房都不會選招待所，因為擔心衞生和治安問題。選這家是因為下面的評論，感覺非常有意思的老闆，就過來會一會。追求環境的話可以去看下一家。如果衹是想找個乾淨的地方住上一兩天，那這裏相當可以。招待所在三樓，一路樓梯上去有點暗但是看得出來很乾凈；初次見老闆，老闆穿着海魂衫，相當熱情（男票對於軍人特別有好感）；房間有點舊，但是舊跟臟其實是兩個概念，我都覺得那洗手間比我家裡的要乾淨…..招待所樓下就是各種飯店雜貨店，晚上樓下對面廣場也有夜市各種小吃。
如果再來桂山島，必定還是選這家店。

設施：雖然設施不是很新，但是夠用了，有風筒牙刷那些
衞生：老闆打掃的很乾凈
環境：乍一看像是接待所，但是裏面很乾凈衞生，老闆也説了，雖然環境一般，但是他力求把服務做好！樓下就是吃飯的地方，離碼頭也很近，很好找，而且還是海景房，從窗户就能看到外面
服務：老闆好像是個退伍老兵，開的民宿，很親切，還會下樓接人，還説要帶我們吃地道的海鮮，很熱情
總結：我們是上島遊玩和學習調研的，在端午假期還能訂到350多的，又乾淨衞生的房很不錯了！大家到桂山島玩，可以考慮一下訂這裏。

非常好啊，也沒有蚊子啥的，樓下就有很多吃的，距離島的中央吧離碼頭又近，老闆很熱情幫忙拿行李箱下來，一級棒。

第二次來住這家旅店，孩子還記得上次住的房間號，説實話旅店住宿環境就比較簡陋，但是打掃的非常乾淨整潔，老班長也非常熱情，位置非常方便，吃喝玩樂都很近。跟孩子一起度過了美好的兩天。非常喜歡吃桂山島的海草！！！

其實房子就是很普通的居民户，不過老闆夫婦人真的不錯，打掃的乾乾淨淨，也很熱情。下樓就是吃飯的，離坐船也就3分鐘步行，位置是真的好，性價比真的高
