Our stay at Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel and our visit to Ocean Kingdom were nothing short of magical, an experience that far exceeded our every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel’s breathtaking grandeur and welcoming atmosphere, where elegance seamlessly blended with warmth and hospitality. Returning to our comfortable room that night, we knew one thing for sure: we would come back. We loved staying here!! I highly recommend a family vacation, they have everything for kids. Very fun resort.

Super Excellent Service by all staffs, especially Mo Mo and Cherry at the Club Room. The hotel facilities are amazing , our children were very happy to stay at this hotel.

Celebrate my little one birthday here. It was amazing. They have room decorating and cake service on your birthday day without changing. Beautiful experience in the hotel, nice restaurants, have almost the things you need. Free Shuttle bus to the theme parks from your hotel. Hotel service was so good, they also have welcome foods plate with fresh fruits, cute cookies and chips. Welcome show have mostly everyday and not only 1 in a day so if you come to hotel early or check in time you still have change to see it. Room theme is beautiful (we stay at Henqin bay hotel) ,my kids love it so much, even cloths come with the room theme as well 😍. The cleaner refill toiletries everyday to make the bathroom as new as check in day 😍. Event not going to the theme park, hotel have a lot of activities to do too. Like kid’s plauground, swimming pool, games area, hand craft bracelets, mum&daughter nails shop… Highly recommended 💖💖💖 Ps: If you are staying at Hengqin Bay hotel , they have dolphin show at 6:30pm (double check with day and time with hotel stuff) Hotel have free parcel collection services or people who don’t want carry to much stuffs 🥰

The room is spacious and comfy. We got to stay here for the first night of our 5Day-and-4Night trip in Chimelong before we moved to the Spaceship hotel. It was quiet when we were here, very few people in the pool. The hotel is very huge and full of restaurants and animals. Our kid enjoyed it here and our 70 year-old dad liked it here as well.

The checkin is a bot slow. Also, it is hard to use English or other non-Chinese languages.
