1. 停車場充電整理近1小時，車場電話接收不到，無法找人幫忙，最後上了房才能發信息查詢，才知道原來是要拍卡的，職員跟車主落車場拍卡，方能在車場充電，收費並不是太便宜。
2. 我們誤以為廚房對趟玻璃門是一道爆裂花紋，一道是清玻璃，直到食晚餐時才仔細看到廚房玻璃門爆裂，告知職員。可是職員沒有什麼處理，幸運地我們沒有小朋友在屋內，其實成年人在屋內也是很危險的，其實如果當時職員即時換房，我會比較滿意。
3. 屋內麻雀台收費，我認為是不應該的，因為這是屋內的設施，你不是免費給人享用，為什麼要放在房間內呢？但最後還是付了款。因為不付款是不提供電插。
4. 網上明確寫上有免費戶外泳池，我們全家人滿心歡喜亦準備好泳衣，多番向職員查詢如何前往及如何使用泳池，職員說話上遊花園，說什麼為了安全不建議我們前往，我已經說了我們全是成年人，有水上急救牌照，我們入住已包括了決定會去，最後日光時看一下泳池，就明白為什麼不建議，原來這個泳池已長滿青苔池水沒有更換一樣的嘔心。但職員信息上一直講什麼有清潔，有開放，只是為安全不建議下水。
5. 屋內雖然有廚房，但其實根本就不建議使用，就連一個煮麵煲也沒有。餐具也沒有。
6. 屋內樓底很高，空調完全不能夠滿足空間，我認為空調只能夠勉勉強強有空調，詢問職員可否拿個風扇來，也是沒有的。
7. 我們是三房，床褥有點舊，彈弓都已鬆了，每一個房間都附帶一個廁所，但是三個廁所只有一個有配備抽風設施。
8. 我們六個人可以有三間房，三個廁所也是很方便的。這個是很值得讚揚的，就是價錢算是便宜的。
總結而言，如果可以改善一下，其實可以住上這個房間也是不錯的。有些感覺被騙就是免費泳池是騙人的，還有麻雀台收費亦強差人意。
