We were told our room was upgraded upon arrival. The river view room was good. My kid was also given a toy upon check in. However, a condom package was found under bed. This is very disgusting and unacceptable.
We came with a group of friends with kids. We got a complaint from room one level down. To our disbelief, the staff allowed the guests down one level to come to our floor and room to confront us directly. This is unprofessional and shocking and made us feel very offended. We tried to talk to the front desk regarding this and they said they would have their manager to come to talk to us. It turned out they didn’t send anyone at all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here] and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations!
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness. The lobby, rooms, and common areas were all spotless and well-maintained. The kids really enjoyed the kids play area. If intending to use the pool remember to bring swimming caps.
The hotel's location was also perfect being connected to a major shopping complex. The surrounding area was safe and vibrant, with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore.
But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service (shoutout to Kavin!). All staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
And then there was the breakfast - wow! The spread was incredible, with a wide variety of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and more. The quality was top-notch and the staff kept everything replenished and tidy.
Overall, I highly recommend Renaissance Zhuhai to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to come back!

Convenient location right above big shopping mall and close to Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau bridge. Breakfast has plenty of varieties with good quality. Room is big and clean with nice river view.

This hotel is just amazing with service, atmosphere, gym and swimming pool, all outstanding. Next to a mall is just speechless, can eat all you want from morning to night. Would definitely come again. My family especially my kids love it.

Had a very relaxing weekend here, and the breakfast was very good. A lot of options. Location is close to everything, and the gym was 24/7! A rarity for China.
