The hotel looks very new and everything is very clean. The room is very big and has enough enough space to drop a lot of luggage and work in the desk. The staff was very kind and helpfull always.

Due to visa issues, I've stayed a few weeks in the hotel.
The complaints about sound proofing are accurate. There's no real sound proofing on the room, the windows, and there's a gap at the bottom of the door, so... yeah. However, the hotel and the surrounding area is generally quiet. There's a bar attached to the side of the hotel, but the sound/music doesn't carry to my room.
Only other issue is a lack of hot water. It's lukewarm most of the time.. so no very hot showers.
Service is good. Room is comfortable, view is fine, and the AC works well. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It's very close to Zhuhai's airport. I chose this hotel to catch my flight. The surrounding environment is very good. It's next to a commercial street and there's a light rail station nearby. The breakfast is actually very good, with a lot of variety. I thought it wouldn't be easy to take a taxi to the airport, but the hotel is still there. There is an airport drop-off service! The hotel room facilities and equipment are very good, the space is large, very quiet, the bed is very soft, I slept very comfortably, and I woke up refreshed the next day. Also, the room has an oversized bathtub, which is very comfortable to take a bath. The front desk is small The sister is very enthusiastic and the service is very good and attentive. If I come here again next time, I will definitely choose Singapore Airlines Hotel.
