first of all, hk.trip review doesn't explain 5 is the best or worst. I assume 0 is worst. all faces are same. We have very bad comments on Yufeng, we stayed in 2 different units. extremely disappointing. one bathroom floor was covered in water, shower door was opened. water splashes on shower door and on mirror. we were in a hurry and so did not ask to change room. another unit was more horrifying with few live cockroaches. we had booked Yufeng before, staff and rooms were acceptable although one time at time of check in, a staff asked us to wait until he finished playing online game.
